OUR TIPS FOR CHOOSING YOUR SIZE

If you are in between sizes, choose the smaller size if you prefer a tighter fit or the larger size if you prefer a looser fit.

If your chest and waist measurements correspond to two different sizes from our guides, better choose the one that corresponds to your usual chest measurement.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

CHEST: Measure the circumference of the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape in a horizontal position all the time.

WAIST: Measure the narrowest part (usually corresponds to the lateral flexion points) always keeping the tape in a horizontal position.

HIPS: Measure the circumference of the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape in a horizontal position.
