WHY CAN’T I ADD A PRODUCT TO MY SHOPPING CART?
If you have problems adding a product to your shopping cart, it may be because the product is currently out of stock. Please check after a while if the product is back in stock or send us an email to hello@zymetric.pro. Sorry for the inconvenience.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
While you are placing your order, you can change your address in the “add new delivery address” section. If you have already placed your order, it is not possible to change your delivery address.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
After placing your order, it will take us 24 hours to prepare it for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is ready.
WHERE ARE DELIVERIES MADE AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
At Zymetric we currently deliver to Spain and a large number of international destinations. If you do not find your country on the list, please contact us hello@zymetric.pro

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can enter into our shipping tracker, which will keep you informed of the status of your order at all times.
DOES ZYMETRIC OFFER FREE RETURNS?
At Zymetric we are committed to the environment and we are convinced that our community is too. For this reason, the return shipping costs will have the same cost that the transport agency charges us, being discounted to the customer from the amount that Zymetric will pay when the return is made.
Returns will be free of charge in the case of delivery of defective or erroneous products for which Zymetric is responsible.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN TO ZYMETRIC?
To make a return click on the RETURN button below, you must do so within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, register your request noting the required information and print your return label.
Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unwashed. They must also have their original labels.
Place the product(s) you wish to return in the same bag or box in which you received it and attach the carrier’s return label to the outside. Then deliver the package to one of the delivery points or wait for our transport agency to pick it up at the address you specify.
ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN MADE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once we receive the product/s in our warehouse, we will proceed to check its condition and we will refund the money to the same means of payment by which the original purchase was made, deducting only the amount associated with the shipping costs for the return that the customer assumes. The return process can take up to 14 days (depending on the means of payment) after receiving the return.
